Are my clients and prices confidential?+
Yes. Your clients, suppliers and prices belong to you. They are never shared or used by Phasen or any other company, and you can export them at any time.
Does Phasen sell the products?+
No. You order directly from your suppliers, as usual. Phasen centralises your products and tracks every order: who placed it, its status, its delivery date.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. Phasen runs in your browser. The optional Web Clipper lets you import a product from any website in one click.
Do I have to enter my products by hand?+
No. Paste a product link: image, name, price, dimensions, reference and brand are pulled in automatically. You can also import an Excel file.
Does my client need an account?+
No. They get a link, browse the project, and accept, decline or comment on each product. You choose what they see: prices, suppliers, links.
Is it a moodboard tool?+
Moodboards are part of it, but Phasen covers the whole project: sourcing, presentation, sign-off, budget, margins, orders and deliveries.
Can I manage my margins and budgets?+
Yes. Supplier discounts, delivery costs, selling prices and margins are calculated automatically, per product, per room and for the whole project.
Do credits apply to the whole software?+
No. Credits are only used for certain AI features (image enhancement, 3D, renders). Sourcing, import, cut-outs, projects and orders don't use any.
What does the free version include?+
3 active projects, free forever with no credit card: product import and sourcing, library, moodboards, client space, budget and order tracking. 30 AI credits a month are included, for AI renders, Standard 3D or product enrichment; HD and Ultra 3D and control via ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini come with the Pro plan and above.
